The LMX 56 ULTRA features two independent drivetrains: a chain drive for pedaling and a belt drive for the motor.
This patented system ensures complete separation between the “bike” and “motor” riding modes. By transferring the motor’s power through the belt drive, it significantly reduces wear on the chain and derailleur while delivering smoother and more reliable performance.

The LMX 56 is available in two frame sizes.
The M frame is recommended for riders under 1.80 m tall, while the L frame is recommended for riders over 1.80 m tall. Frame size selection also depends on your riding style and comfort preferences.

The LMX 56 is a speed bike, a high-performance electric bike capable of reaching speeds of up to 45 km/h, compared to the 25 km/h limit of conventional e-bikes.
For urban and public road use, a speed bike must be road-approved and equipped with a license plate, certificate of conformity, insurance, and all mandatory homologation equipment such as mirrors, front lights, and a horn. As a homologated vehicle, it falls under the L1e-B category (equivalent to a 50cc moped). Its use is therefore prohibited on bike lanes, and wearing an approved helmet is mandatory.
Positioned between an electric bike and a moped, the speed bike is designed for covering long distances at higher speeds than a standard e-bike. Its versatility and power make it ideal both for urban commuting and sporty weekend rides.
LMX electric bike models are available in both homologated and non-homologated (off-road) versions, intended exclusively for use on private land or tracks. Choose the version that best suits your riding style.
